About Gregor König

Gregor König is one of the leading German patent attorneys in litigation and validity proceedings and joined HOFFMANN EITLE as a partner in February 2025. During his many years of litigation practice, he has developed special approaches and tools to maximize exclusivity and maintain long-term protection. Gregor represents national and international market leaders in the fields of molecular biology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and mechanical engineering. He is currently teaching pharma/biotech patent law at the University of Düsseldorf. He also taught medical engineering patent law at the University of Aachen from 2005 to 2015.
