Daniel Grohs
is a German and European patent attorney, an expert in patent litigation and a UPC representative. He is a partner in HOFFMANN EITLE’s Chemistry practice group. For two decades, he has been representing and advising clients across various technical fields, including pharmaceuticals, microorganisms, food products, organic chemistry, functional polymers, and filter technology. His main areas of work are opposition and appeal proceedings before the European and German Patent Offices, validity proceedings before the Federal Patent Court and the Federal Court of Justice and opinion work and patent prosecution. Daniel has extensive litigation experience before the German civil courts.
