Dirk Schüßler-Langeheine is a qualified attorney-at-law in Germany, UPC Representative and Business Mediator. He is a partner and co-leader of HOFFMANN EITLE’s patent litigation and contracts practice group. Dirk specializes in patent litigation, with a special focus on life sciences, and frequently acts as German lead counsel and coordinator of pan-European pharma patent enforcement projects for originators. He also advises on licensing and other IP agreements, as well as IP-related aspects of competition law. With his special expertise in the Japanese language and culture, he is regularly involved in the resolution of international disputes involving Japanese companies.
