About Dr. Daniel Grohs

Dr. Daniel Grohs is a German and European patent attorney, an expert in patent litigation and a UPC representative. He is a partner in HOFFMANN EITLE’s Chemistry practice group. For two decades, he has been representing and advising clients from various technical fields, including pharmaceuticals, microorganisms, food products, organic chemistry, functional polymers, and filter technology. His main area of work concerns opposition and appeal proceedings before the European and the German Patent Office, validity proceedings before the Federal Patent Court and the Federal Court of Justice, opinion work and patent prosecution. Daniel has extensive litigation experience before the German civil courts.
