About Alexandra Schultz

Alexandra Schultz is a member in Cozen O’Connor’s global insurance department. Her practice focuses on advising insurers on coverage issues with respect to general liability, property and professional liability policies. She regularly counsels clients on claims handling, policy interpretation, risk transfer and avoidance of exposure to extracontractual liability. Alexandra also represents insurers in litigation in both state and federal courts and is experienced in all stages of litigation. She has written articles and alerts on bad faith and property insurance and has presented on topics including the duty to defend, insurance class actions and professional liability coverage.
