About John David Dickenson

John David Dickenson is a shareholder and regional manager in Cozen O’Connor’s global insurance department. He represents domestic and international insurers in coverage, claims handling and bad faith litigation. He counsels insurers on professional liability, general liability, first party property matters and directors’ and officers’ coverage. JD practices in both state and federal court, and has tried numerous coverage and bad faith matters to verdict. JD is recognised by Chambers USA for Florida Insurance Dispute Resolution and is a fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel and a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.
