About Penina Ngabire

Penina Ngabire is part of the Corporate and Finance Practice at Liedekerke. She advises both national and international clients on various aspects of corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisition plus company set up and management. She is also part of the firm’s growing Mining and Aviation practices and assists clients in navigating through the fast-moving regulatory frameworks of both sectors. She is a registered member of the Rwanda Bar Association and the East African Law Society and holds a post graduate diploma in legal practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) obtained in 2022 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from University of Kigali (Rwanda), obtained with Honours in 2019. Penina joined Liedekerke Great Lakes in December 2020.
