Anuj Bahukhandi works within Tuli & Co’s non-contentious practice and specialises in insurance and reinsurance regulation, data protection, cybersecurity and aviation. He advises insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries and other market participants on regulatory, corporate and operational matters, including in emerging and specialised lines such as cyber-, surety and tax liability insurance. Anuj also leads the firm’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practice, advising clients on data protection, cybersecurity and technology issues affecting regulated insurance and financial services businesses.
