About Artan Hajdari

Artan Hajdari is a founding partner at Haxhia & Hajdari Attorneys at Law, and former Vice Minister of Justice. Artan began practicing law in 1991 and was called to the Albanian Bar in 1998. He holds a Law degree from the University of Tirana and a Master’s Degree in European Studies (2005). Artan has served as Chair of both Fier and Vlora District Courts. He has been involved in aligning Albanian legislation with European standards through his position as a lecturer at the School of Magistrates. Fluent in Albanian, English, and Italian, he excels in civil, commercial, M&A, energy, telecommunication, insurance, labour, customs, banking, financial, and concession law, thus offering exceptional expertise for clients.
