About Artan Hajdari

Artan Hajdari is a founding partner of Haxhia & Hajdari Attorneys at Law and former Vice Minister of Justice. He started practising law in 1991 and was called to the Albanian Bar in 1998. He holds a law degree from the University of Tirana and a master’s degree in European Studies (2005). Dr Hajdari has served as Chair of both Fier and Vlora District Courts. Aligning Albanian legislation with European standards, he imparts knowledge as a lecturer at the School of Magistrates. He is fluent in Albanian, English and Italian, and excels in civil, commercial, M&A, energy, telecommunications, insurance, labour, customs, banking, financial and concession law, thus offering exceptional expertise for clients.
