About Eris Hysi

Eris Hysi is an accomplished legal professional, and commenced her law career in 2001 at Haxhia & Hajdari Attorneys at Law, where she attained the level of partner. Called to the Albanian Bar in 2002, she holds a Bachelor of Law degree and a Master’s in European Business Law from the University of Tirana, as well as a PhD from Sapienza University. Notably, she has been appointed to the ICSID panel of conciliators and/or arbitrators, highlighting her proficiency in international dispute resolution. Av Hysi’s expertise in corporate law, M&A and competition law, along with her fluency in Albanian, English and Italian, further enhances the firm’s representation for clients.
