About Agathi Zervou

Agathi Zervou is a senior lawyer with George Z. Georgiou’s dispute resolution department and has extensive experience in handling a wide range of complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes including those involving allegations of fraud, conspiracy and misappropriation of funds. She frequently deals with general contractual matters, shareholder disputes and winding-up applications. Agathi has gained particular know-how in interim relief applications such as worldwide freezing orders and disclosure orders. Agathi holds an LLB in Law (University of Leicester), an LLM in Commercial Law (University of Bristol) and an LPC (BPP Law School).
