About Stelios Christophides

Stelios Christophides is a senior lawyer at George Z. Georgiou & Associates LLC, and advises on corporate, commercial, insolvency and non-contentious IP law matters. He also advises on advertising and competition law matters. Stelios has extensive experience in due diligence projects for large corporate groups, and has advised clients on several high-value acquisition transactions. He holds an LLB (Hons) in law from Birmingham University and an LLM in Commercial Law from Nottingham University, UK, and a BSc (Hons) in Business Admin (Finance, University of Cyprus). He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Nicosia Bar Association.
