About Gaurav Dani

Gaurav Dani is a founding partner and senior partner at IndusLaw. He is a US (New York) and India-qualified lawyer based in the firm’s New Delhi office, and specialises in private equity and venture capital financings, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, demergers, strategic investments, joint ventures and corporate partnering transactions. Gaurav co-heads the Japan desk at IndusLaw and was recently appointed vice chair of the International M&A Joint Venture Committee of the ABA International Law Section for the year 2023-2024.
