Megha Arora is a partner in CMS INDUSLAW’s energy, infrastructure and natural resources practice (Bengaluru office) with over 20 years of experience. She advises on project development (greenfield and brownfield), M&A, cross-border investments, transaction structuring, project financing, regulatory and bid advisory across sectors including energy, infrastructure, climate change, natural resources, construction and heavy engineering. Megha has advised solar and wind energy clients on project development, acquisitions, investments, regulatory advice and project financing. She has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector and has advised on infrastructure projects in airports, highways, railways, MRTS, EVs, urban developments and smart cities. Before joining CMS INDUSLAW, Megha was a partner at JSA Advocates & Solicitors.
