About Namita Viswanath

Namita Viswanath is a senior partner in IndusLaw’s telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) practice group. She is well regarded for her expertise in technology law, having advised several domestic and international clients in various technology-driven and technology-consuming industries. Namita is at the forefront of data privacy and emerging technology issues in India and regularly advises on software, AI, IP, e-commerce, health-tech, fintech and digital business. Namita is the chair for iTechLaw International India Conference 2024. She has also been recognised by Chambers and Partners in its 2024 Asia-Pacific rankings for her work in the TMT field.
