Shreya Suri is a partner in IndusLaw’s technology, media and telecommunications practice group. She advises and specialises in information technology and data security laws, as well as laws relating to payments and financial technology. Shreya has substantial expertise in advising on regulatory risk and compliance frameworks for existing and proposed product offerings in the payments and digital lending space in particular. She frequently interacts with different regulators on policy issues in the e-commerce and technology sectors (including financial technology), and also provides regulatory support on obtaining licences, authorisations and registrations in this space.
