About Ranjana Adhikari

Ranjana Adhikari is a partner with the telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) practice group at IndusLaw’s Mumbai office where she advises clients, inter alia, on media, entertainment, gaming, IP, Web3 and technology matters.  She has been involved in various complex cross-border transactions, including structuring and documentation for joint ventures, technology collaborations, international commercial contracts, licensing agreements, evaluation of game formats, policy advocacy and India-entry strategy. She has been consistently recognised as a leading lawyer in the Chambers and Partners Global and Asia-Pacific Guides and is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL) and Association of Media Entertainment Counsel, USA.
