About Roger Gladei

Roger Gladei is the founding partner of Gladei and Partners, where he heads and co-ordinates the firm’s advisory practice. Roger is licensed in both law and finance and holds an MBA from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business. He is particularly praised as an M&A, banking and finance, corporate and capital markets expert. Roger is the president of the AmCham International Arbitration Court (CACIC), as well as visiting professor at the National Institute of Justice and the Attorneys’ Training Center. He is a member of the Moldovan Bar and speaks English, Romanian and Russian.
