About Roger Gladei

Roger Gladei is the managing partner of Gladei & Partners and has over 25 years of legal experience, first as in-house lawyer and vice-president at a reputable Moldovan bank, then as independent counsel. Licensed attorney-at-law, member of the Board of Directors of the American Chambers of Commerce in Moldova (AmCham) and of the Steering Committee of the AmCham International Arbitration Court (CACIC). He has assisted foreign and international clients (including major IFIs and other developing partners active in Moldova) with international and local commercial and legal reform projects.
