About Valeriu Cernei

Valeriu Cernei is partner in Gladei and Partners, where he heads and co-ordinates the firm’s litigation practice. With a background in both finance and law, Valeriu represents the interests of several Moldovan banks within bankruptcy or restructuring proceedings but also operates in other areas of practice, which include banking and finance, as well as regulatory compliance. He is particularly praised for effective and efficient dispute resolution, including out-of-court negotiations, settlements and debt restructuring. Valeriu is a member of the Moldovan Bar and speaks English, Romanian, Russian and French.
