About Baihe Liu

Baihe Liu is a patent counsel of Wanhuida. She is dual qualified both as patent attorney and as attorney-at-law in China. She has 12 years of experience practising patent law in China. Starting out as a patent attorney, she prosecuted hundreds of patent applications before shifting her practice to patent litigation. She advises clients on a frequent basis on matters concerning patent re-examination and invalidation, patent infringement analysis, validity and patentability assessment, and patent administrative and civil litigations in China. She has vigorously fought for her clients’ interests all the way up to China’s Supreme People’s Court and obtained favourable outcomes.
