About Xiaoyang Yang

Xiaoyang Yang is a senior counsel at Wanhuida Intellectual Property. She is experienced in both patent prosecution and litigation. Xiaoyang has worked closely with foreign clients and advises clients on patent infringement litigation, patent invalidation proceedings and subsequent administrative litigation. She also assists clients with patent licensing and policy compliance matters involving patent aspects. Xiaoyang holds a JD degree from York University and an MSc degree in organic chemistry from the University of Toronto. She is admitted to the Bar of Ontario and has qualified as both an attorney-at-law and a patent attorney in China.
