About Marcia Montaño

Marcia Montaño is a law graduate from the University of Guayaquil. Her focus at Pástor Estudio Jurídico Ambiental is corporate and environmental law, and she has contributed to major company M&A negotiations. She co-authored the article “Illegal Wildlife Trafficking and Its Relationship With Transnational Organized Crime in Latin America and the Caribbean” under the American Bar Association, focusing on Ecuador. Currently pursuing a diploma in compliance at The George Washington University, she also serves as a teaching assistant in environmental law, compliance, taxation, and environmental incentives.
