About Rafael Pástor

Rafael Pástor is the founding partner of Pástor Estudio Jurídico Ambiental and Allpa Labs, integrating law and technology to address environmental challenges. With over a decade of experience in the field, he has led innovative sustainability projects and served as director of compliance and environmental affairs at top firms. A Fellow of the Yale Emerging Climate Leaders Fellowship, he is vice-chair of SEER at the ABA and an officer at the IBA. As a professor at Universidad Espiritu Santo (UEES), he teaches environmental law and incentives, fostering sustainable practices, and he is a creator of “Nature-Based Discussions”, a podcast on strategic environmental solutions.
