Diana E. Acevedo Franqui is a member of Ferraiuoli LLC who concentrates her practice on M&A and corporate matters. Over the years, she has worked on diverse and complex M&A transactions, specialising in structuring, managing due diligence, and the negotiation and drafting of transaction documents, all with a detailed understanding of the legal intricacies required to successfully close an M&A transaction. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with majors in accounting and marketing and certifications in project management and business development from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
