About Diana E. Acevedo Franqui

Diana E. Acevedo Franqui is a member of Ferraiuoli LLC who concentrates her practice on M&A and general corporate matters. Over the years, she has worked on diverse and complex M&A transactions and has handled multiple aspects, including the structuring, due diligence management, negotiation and drafting of transaction documents, and has provided the general overview required to successfully close an M&A transaction. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with majors in accounting and marketing and certifications in project management and business development from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
