About José A. (Josean) Díaz Brugueras

José A. (Josean) Díaz Brugueras is a capital member at Ferraiuoli LLC, and a member of its executive committee and debt finance and restructuring practice. His practice focuses on secured and unsecured financings, acquisitions and asset-based lending, intercreditor arrangements and cross-border transactions governed by Puerto Rico law. He regularly represents banks, private credit funds and institutional lenders, as well as borrowers and sponsors, in complex financings and workouts. Josean also advises on bankruptcy- and insolvency-related matters, creditors’ rights and distressed transactions, working closely with tax and corporate teams. He is admitted to practice in Puerto Rico and Florida and is actively involved in firm leadership and transaction management.
