About José Fernando Rovira-Rullán

José Fernando Rovira-Rullán is a capital member at Ferraiuoli LLC, a member of its executive committee and chair of its commercial lending and corporate finance practice group. He advises lenders and investors (both local and cross-border) in secured and unsecured financing transactions, including acquisition financings, real estate and asset-based lending and refinancing transactions governed by Puerto Rico law. He regularly assists in the structuring, documentation and negotiation of credit facilities, guarantees and security packages, and has ample experience supporting restructurings, workouts and other distressed situations. José works closely with colleagues in the firm’s corporate, tax and bankruptcy groups to deliver integrated advice on complex financing matters and cross-border transactions involving Puerto Rico entities.
