Belmiro Leong is an associate lawyer at Riquito Advogados, who practises in corporate/M&A, contracts/contractual investment, restructuring, IP, civil, administrative and commercial litigation, banking and finance, foreign investment, real estate, labour and employment, gaming and hospitality, data protection and taxation. He is a member of the Macau Lawyers Association and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has been teaching at the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau since 2023.
