About Andrea Lazzaretti

Andrea Lazzaretti was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1996. He has a JD from LUISS, Rome and pursued postgraduate work at Bocconi Commercial University, Milan and Queen Mary University of London. Andrea is a member of the Italian Bar Association, the Center for International Legal Studies, the World Jurist Association, the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI) and the International Bar Association. He speaks Italian, English and Spanish. His main areas of practice are judicial litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution; corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts, insurance and reinsurance, intellectual property and information technology law, entertainment and the arts, merchandising, product liability, and gambling and gaming.
