Andrea Lazzaretti is a partner at RASS, and is a Doctor of Jurisprudence. He is a member of the Italian Bar Association, the Center for International Legal Studies (honorary membership), the World Jurist Association, the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI), the Licensing Executives Society – Italy, and the International Bar Association. Andrea speaks Italian, English, and Spanish, and his main areas of practice are judicial litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution, corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts, insurance and reinsurance, IP and IT law, entertainment and the arts, merchandising, product liability, gambling, and gaming.
