About Akshara Kurup

Akshara Kurup is a first-generation lawyer and is a qualified advocate of the Karnataka High Court, with approximately four years’ post-qualification experience. She is part of the real estate and corporate team at M. T. Miskita & Co and regularly works on complex hotel transactions involving international hotel operators, including hotel management agreements for luxury hotels and branded residences, rental pool arrangements, etc across India, and in cross-border matters. Akshara has a keen interest in the evolving hospitality models and the emerging trends shaping hospitality-related transactions.
