Viren Miskita is an advocate and solicitor of the Bombay High Court with over 31 years of experience in complex real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, cross-border matters, and private client work. He has been involved in several of India’s landmark real estate transactions and has over two decades of experience in the hotel and hospitality sector, advising landowners and developers on prominent hotel management and hospitality arrangements. One of his earliest hospitality mandates, over 20 years ago, involved representing the K Raheja Corp group in relation to its Chennai hotel property operated by Marriott International.
