About Anthony Laub

Anthony Laub is a founding partner of LQG Energy & Mining Consulting, specialising in strategic energy business planning, regulation, and energy project financing. Anthony serves as a director in companies belonging to the mining, energy and industry sectors. Moreover, he has held several positions in the public sector, including general secretary of the Peruvian Ministry of Energy and Mines, legal manager of Electroperú, and general director of Legal Advice to the Ministry of Energy and Mines. Graduating from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holding a master’s degree in energy law and regulation from the University of Dundee, Anthony is a member of the Arequipa Bar Association.
