Imelda de Sousa
has been an associate lawyer at JLA Advogados since 2016, working mainly in the areas of corporate law, real estate law, labour law and migration. She has a particularly strong presence in matters related to the constitution of commercial companies, acquisitions of shareholdings, and legal advice on migratory, labour and insurance issues. She has also conducted several litigation proceedings involving issues of recovery of extrajudicial and judicial credit.
