Joylee Seresere
is a lawyer at MannBenham Advocates Limited and a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Vanuatu. Joylee currently manages the legal division of Vanatu’s Department of Customs and Inland Revenue (DCIR), where his main role is to provide high-level legal advice to the Office of the Director on issues relating to tax, customs and eGaming. Under Section 34 of the Interactive Gaming Act, the director is the regulator for iGaming. Joylee is in charge of reviewing the laws administered by the DCIR ‒ one of which is the Interactive Gaming Act (Cap 261) ‒ and is also a legal expert in iGaming laws administered by the DCIR.
