About Liang Han

Liang Han has a PhD in Financial Engineering and is a postdoctoral fellow in law, professor of civil and commercial law, doctoral supervisor at Nankai University, director of the Capital Market Research Center at Nankai University, arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, senior trust law adviser at King & Capital Law Firm and honorary director of the King & Capital Family Trust Legal Affairs Center. In 2015, he published one of the earliest domestic monographs on family trusts, titled “Legal Principles and Case Analysis of Family Trusts”.
