About Anna Kozyrieva

Anna Kozyrieva is a senior associate at IMPACTA LAW in Kyiv. She has seven years of experience in international arbitration and civil and commercial litigation, representing private and state-owned companies and individuals in disputes involving the international trade, agriculture, aviation and defence sectors. Anna has acted as counsel in institutional and ad hoc commercial arbitrations under LCIA, ICC, SCC, DIS, VIAC, GAFTA, FOSFA, ICAC at the Ukrainian CCI and UNCITRAL Rules, involving the substantive laws of various jurisdictions. Anna is experienced in recognition, enforcement and setting aside of arbitral awards and foreign judgments in Ukraine. She also advised clients in seeking interim measures in support of foreign-seated arbitrations.
