About Krystyna Khripkova

Krystyna Khripkova is counsel at IMPACTA LAW in Kyiv, focusing on international commercial and investment arbitration, cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration-related litigation. She has more than 18 years of experience representing sovereigns, state-owned enterprises, corporate investors and private clients in high-value disputes across multiple jurisdictions. Krystyna is a member of the ADR Committee of the Ukrainian National Bar Association and a board member of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association and the International Commercial Arbitration Law (Stockholm University) Alumni Association. Her cases have included disputes concerning energy sector; miltech and defence sector; banking and finance; international trade and agriculture; transportation and construction projects.
