lllya Tkachuk is head of corporate and M&A at INTEGRITES and deputy chair of the Committee on Corporate Law and Stock Market in the Ukrainian Bar Association. Illya mainly advises clients on structuring and implementation of foreign investment projects, cross-border and domestic M&A deals, corporate restructuring, and securities. During his 16-year career, Illya has developed profound expertise in the technology sector. He has particular experience advising start-ups, venture and private equity funds, and private investors. As head of the French desk, Illya specialises in advising businesses from francophone countries.
