About Andrés Sotomayor

Andrés Sotomayor is a partner at Porzio Ríos García, and focuses on counselling clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law, customs law and international trade, as well as public law in general. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile in 2007 and his master’s degree from Georgetown University in 2015. Andrés joined the firm in 2015, but from 2019 to 2021 he was Chief of Advisers in the Ministry of Interior and adviser of the Presidency, both in the government of Chile.
