About Fernando Villalobos

Fernando Villalobos has 12 years of experience in the field of labour and employment matters, he supervises and guide the litigation disputes, collective bargaining and immigrations process of all clients of the department. Key areas of supervision and guidance include litigation, internal investigations, non-compete and retention covenants, social security and immigration, safety and health standards and claims, collective bargaining matters, global mobility on tax and social security, complex cross border executive transfer matters. Fernando is a Professor on Employment and LLM and Diploma Courses studies at the Universidad Catolica. Fernando is a former advisor on legal reforms for the Cabinet of the Chilean Labour and Social Welfare Ministry and for the International Labour Organization.
