About Ignacio García

Ignacio García is a partner at Porzio Ríos García and focuses on corporate and labour law, as well as international trade and customs law. He is also a recognised expert in private international law matters, contracts and international trade, customs law, trade defence, WTO law and customs disputes. Ignacio obtained his bachelor’s degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and his master’s degree from Heidelberg University. He is an arbitrator for the dispute resolution system of the Economic Complementation Agreement Chile-Mercosur and the appointed representative of the State of Chile before Unidroit. He is the acting President of the Chilean Association of Private International Law.
