About Javier Gaete

Javier Gaete joined Porzio Ríos García as an associate in 2024. He has worked as an attorney in the Labour Relations Department of the Compañía General de Electricidad in Chile, through a labour secondment with the firm in 2025, and previously worked as an attorney in the Labour Relations and Human Resources Department of The Adecco Group between 2022 and 2024. His professional practice is focused on labour and social security matters, immigration and labour litigation. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the Adolfo Ibáñez University in 2019, and he obtained a Diploma in Labour and Employment Law from Los Andes University in 2025.
