About Şahin Ardıyok

Şahin Ardıyok is a partner at Balcıoğlu Selçuk Ardıyok Keki Attorney Partnership (BASEAK), where he heads the firm’s competition law, public policy and regulation practice. Şahin regularly guides clients in relation to antitrust matters that may arise from competitor collaborations, product and service pricing, and relationships with customers, competitors and employees. As a case-handler at the Turkish Competition Authority, Şahin took part in many ground-breaking investigations/cases (specifically in the telecommunications, media and broadcasting, IT and electronic appliances sectors) and participated in the examination of precedent setting in M&A and privatisation transactions as well as negative clearance and exemption applications, which enabled him to develop deep expertise on regulated industries.
