Ceren Işıklar is an associate in Balcıoğlu Selçuk Ardıyok Keki Attorney Partnership’s corporate/M&A department, focusing on corporate and mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, intellectual property, logistics law and technology law in the manufacturing, trade, e-commerce, retail, technology, real estate, hotels and leisure sectors. Ceren regularly advises local and multinational clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, company and joint venture establishments, and she has notable experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
