About Ayşegül Şifaver

Ayşegül Şifaver is a senior lawyer at BASEAK. She mainly focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, capital markets and intellectual property law. She provides legal advice to financial institutions and local and foreign companies operating in the automotive, manufacturing, energy, media and infrastructure sectors.
