About Bora İkiler

Bora İkiler is a partner in Balcıoğlu Selçuk Ardıyok Keki Attorney Partnership (BASEAK)’s competition law, public policy and regulation practice, who provides a wide range of local, foreign and multinational clients with corporate legal advisory services and transactional and regulatory compliance advice. Bora represents clients in investigations before the Turkish Competition Authority and advises on the reviewing, planning and execution of regulatory filings for exemptions and clearances applicable to restrictive agreements and practices and merger control.
