About Barış Yüksel

Barış Yüksel is of counsel in Balcıoğlu Selçuk Ardıyok Keki Attorney Partnership (BASEAK)’s competition law, public policy and regulation practice and is highly experienced in competition law. He has advised many local and international clients and represented them before the Turkish Competition Authority in a wide array of cases. Barış is specialised in telecommunications and energy regulations and has consulted several regulated firms as well as the Turkish Information Communications and Technologies Authority.
