About Doğan Eymirlioğlu

Doğan Eymirlioğlu is a partner at BASEAK and concentrates on corporate law, M&A, infrastructure projects, insurance, commercial contracts and distribution/franchising structures. He advises Turkish and multinational companies in the energy, mining, transportation, manufacturing, hotels and leisure, retail, life sciences, insurance and consumer products sectors in cross-border M&A, FDI, regulatory and corporate compliance matters, project finance deals, privatisations and PPP projects. He currently sits as the Turkish National Committee’s representative to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. He is also a member of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre’s Advisory Board and its Companies Law and M&A Law Commission.
