About Nadia Cansun

Nadia Cansun is an English-qualified partner in the Dentons corporate team based in Istanbul and concentrates on M&A and commercial matters with a particular focus on cross-border transactions. She has acted for a wide range of clients on new market entries, acquisitions and disposals across various industries, including the energy, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. Nadia has more than 20 years’ transactional experience in emerging markets. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the UK and in Moscow for an international law firm and was a partner at a Turkish law firm in Istanbul for eight years, where her clients included both Turkish corporates and multinational inbound investors.
