About Neslihan Kasap

Neslihan Kasap specialises in IT law, with a special focus on data protection and privacy, e-commerce, cybersecurity, fintech, compliance and telecommunications law. She is involved in data privacy compliance projects and regularly advises clients on a wide variety of data protection issues. She also advises clients active in the fields of intermediary services, payment services, online marketplaces and e-commerce. Neslihan is a graduate of Galatasaray University, Faculty of Law (LLB, 2013). She is admitted to the Istanbul Bar and is fluent in English and French.
